The food and drink industry is the largest of the UK’s manufacturing sectors, employing over six hundred and fifty thousand people in more than thirty thousand businesses. A widespread shortage of skills has been identified in the sector and our courses are designed for those who are either already employed in the industry or would like to build a career in these sectors.
