Study a range of game keeping techniques at Askham Bryan College.

Investigate game bird management, habitat creation, pest and predation management and control. We fully utilise our college estates, planning game shoots for paying customers. The unit aims to rear about 500 pheasant poults from egg laid or collected, and incubated at the college. Other bird species could well be hatched in our incubators if demand is there. The vast majority are sold to realise extra income. Small numbers are released onto the college estate.
