Facility Hire
The college equestrian centre was completed in January 2004. It includes Olympic sized indoor and outdoor arenas, stabling for over 30 horses, lecture rooms, feed and tack rooms. At present the college hire these facilities to individuals, local riding groups and clubs which use the facilities for a range of activities from schooling for an hour right through to holding competitions, demonstrations and Pony Club camps.
The Facilities:
Indoor School - 60m x 30m with viewing gallery, soon to include tiered seating. Fully floodlit. Sand and rubber surface.
Outdoor School - 60m x 25m. Sand and rubber surface. Fully fenced with high quality post and rail fencing, also floodlit.
Cross Country Field - Field including banks, ditches and a number of both permanent and moveable fences.
Jumps - We have a full set of BSJA show jumps including water tray and F.E.I. approved safety cups. We also have sets of both wooden and plastic practice fences including fillers, and permanent and moveable cross country fences.
Stables - Stabling for over 30 horses, these are available to hire at certain times of the year.
Other Facilities at the Equine Unit
Two classrooms with data projector, interactive whiteboard and DVD.
Tack room, feed room, equipment store, rug room with washing facilities which are also available for use at certain times of the year.
Basic Prices (inc. VAT)
Indoor School - £30 per hour - £175 per day
Outdoor School - £25 per hour - £150 per day
XC Schooling Paddock - £12 per session
Classrooms - £12 per hour
(To hire out separately) - £30 per day
Both schools - £200 per day
(Extras like access to the yard etc available by separate negotiation, and incur extra chares for use for the whole day)
Discounts are available for multiple bookings please ask for details regarding this and prices for week-long bookings. Some equipment can be included in these prices, please book in advance.
The college also has a wide range of conference facilities, accommodation, catering and bar facilities which can also be hired.

Please call to find out when our half terms are when the schools and facilities are more likely to be free.
