From this September the National Diploma in Horticulture will include some great new specialist routes. They all include opportunities for some great work experience and can put you on the road to a career with middle management opportunities or prepare you for going on take a degree.
Our students have worked in the Highlands of Scotland, Cornwall and even Europe. If you would rather stay closer to home then that is not a problem as students have also gained work experience at Headingley Stadium and the Yorkshire County Cricket Ground. We also have excellent links with Leeds Rugby club and there are regular trips to the Stadium where you will work alongside the head groundsman preparing the pitch for Leeds Rhinos and Carnegie matches.
