Main features
These are flexible courses which are delivered in your workplace. You generate evidence from your day-today work activities to show that you are competent at each level.
At Level 2 you will be directed in most of the work that you do with only a little autonomy. At Level 3 you will have enhanced autonomy.
Entry requirements
You need to be in suitable employment for the level you are studying.
What you will study
At Level 2 subjects include using IT, managing a diary, dealing with visitors and caarying out your work respossibilities.
At Level 3 additional subjects include leadership and innovation.
