Main features

This new Diploma course is the equiavlent to 3.5 A levels (up to 420 UCAS points). You will get an introduction to all the important issues relating to the countryside. The programme also includes the BTEC National Award in Coutntyside Management so you will have a thorough grounding in whatever aspect of the industry you are most interested in joining. 

After the course, as well as many career opportunities in countryside management, agriculture, nature reserve wardening, park ranging, woodland and forestry, game keeping or estate management, you could also mov e on to degree level studies such as a degree in Countryside Management or Agriculture and Land Management.

Entry requirements

  5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including maths, English and sicience.
