This qualification is suitable for staff with a supervisory role for example chefs, retail managers, production line supervisors. 

Course content includes: microbiology, food poisoning, cross contamination, personal hygiene, food spoilage and storage, heating, cleaning of premises and equipment, food borne disease, poisons, pests and legislation.
