The forestry and arboricultural industries recognise that good health and safely practice is vital for operators and business.
Gaining industry recognized qualifications ensures that operators have reached agreed standards of competence and the City & Guilds NPTC qualifications are ideally suited to the professional chainsaw user as the HSE recommend that the minimum level of adequate for chainsaw operators should be achieved by undertaking an independent assessment in the relevant activities.
