Askham Bryan College is a residential campus on the outskirts of York in North Yorkshire. It is the fastest growing land-based College in the UK. The York site is a thriving campus set in beautifully landscaped surroundings which offers students a fantastic place to live and study.
We have a second residential campus under the brand of Newton Rigg College, based in Penrith, Cumbria, along with eight centres based in predominantly urban areas across the North of England.
The Stabekk Programme offers the opportunity to spend a full academic year at our York campus. Participants will have access to the whole range of courses and activities available to UK students. For a full overview of the College, download our prospectus here.
A student joining us would enrol with our first year students on a Further Education Level 3 programme studying in English.
The campus in York has 333 bedrooms available for those wishing to live at College during term time. The campus itself is large, accommodating over 2000 students per year in full and part time courses, giving the campus a very busy and vibrant atmosphere. Class sizes vary between courses, but in general will be larger than Norwegian classes.
