Step 2 - You will be sent a link to three College forms. These must be completed before you enrol:

Step 3 - Submit/upload your GCSE results from 12 August (results day)

Even if they were not what you were expecting or still deciding on your steps for your September plans! It is very important you complete this form on results day or as soon as possible afterwards, before you enrol.

Please note if you are 17+ and have your results already you can upload these before the 12 August. You can upload a copy of your results to the form. A scan or mobile phone photograph is acceptable if your name and grades are visible.

Step 4 - You will be contacted by your course tutor regarding your start date, timetables and induction.

Check out our pages aimed at new students, where you can find out more about our departments or even complete tasks over the summer period. Click here for department/course specific information.

Step 5 – Attend your enrolment appointment and collect your ID card.

If your exam results weren’t quite what you were expecting (maybe they were lower or higher than you thought) or if you’ve changed your mind about the subject you would like to study with us, please do still come into your enrolment session and your course tutor can talk you through your options to make sure you enrol on the right course.

You MUST bring the following documents with you to enrol:

  • Exam result slips or certificates, and a photo copy for us if you can.  This must include all English and maths results; without proof of your English and maths grades, you won’t be able to complete your enrolment
  • Proof of ID, for example: Driving Licence, National Insurance card or letter, Passport, Bank Card, Birth Certificate
  • Please note if you are aged 19+ you may have to pay for your course, so please also bring payment information (if required)
