FREE Precision Livestock Farming Course (scroll down)

Deadline for registering your interest is Wednesday 19 January 2022.

With the rising population and continuing demand for livestock derived products produced in a sustainable manner, precision technology provides a significant opportunity for the future of agriculture. The principles of precision technology rely on the provision of automated data to provide continuous real-time information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The data offers a means by which to monitor production and manage systems against benchmarks both at individual animal level and across livestock enterprises, ultimately reducing losses across the entire supply chain.

These bite size courses will introduce a range of precision focused technologies and explore the potential uses to improve monitoring, resource management and productivity. The content will cover the concepts behind the technology, as well as the strengths and limitations across applications.

Please note, you must be 18 or over and working in the agriculture or associated industries to be accepted on to the course. Register your interest below…
