Wildlife Park Volunteers Wanted!

Askham Bryan College is looking for enthusiastic gardeners to work alongside our Grounds Team at our Wildlife Park in York.

This is a great opportunity to learn new skills, meet new people and gain industry experience and training. You will be involved in all aspects of seasonal gardening and ground maintenance including planning new wild flower areas, maintaining woodland habitat and animal enclosures. Training and PPE provided.

As one of the few remaining specialist, land-based colleges in England, Askham Bryan College and University Centre Askham Bryan (UCAB) offers a range of land-based and land-related study programmes from entry level up to masters degree level and apprenticeships.

These are delivered from our main campus at York and across our four smaller centres at Stewart Park in Middlesbrough, Wakefield city centre, Saltaire at Shipley College and Gateshead, which provides Vet nursing provision.
