Veterinary Nursing - Course Manager
Mollie-may is a HE Course Manager and lecturer for Veterinary Nursing, bringing a strong academic background and wide-ranging experience across the veterinary sector. She holds a Veterinary Medicine degree and a first-class BVMedSci (Hons) degree from the University of Nottingham, and is currently furthering her teaching qualifications by studying for a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
With hands-on experience in clinical practice and private tutoring, Mollie-may combines her passion for veterinary education with a commitment to student development. She has a particular interest in neurodiversity in veterinary education, having completed research exploring the experiences of neurodivergent students within veterinary programmes.
Her academic interests also include farm animal clinical practice, having conducted her dissertation on Welsh dairy farmersโ perceptions of lamenessย in cattleโa topic central to improving herd health and welfare through veterinary engagement.
Mollie-may is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of veterinary professionals and fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
