Application Officer
Hi I’m Ella, my role covers processing applications from further education students hoping to join Askham Bryan, setting up interviews with prospective students and course tutors and dealing with queries. I also support wider marketing activities, such as career fairs, campus tours and events, as well as occasionally reception.
Before working at Askham, I completed an events apprenticeship programme working in museums and heritage and then gained further experience working in events, marketing and administration focused roles.
If I had to pick a course to study at Askham Bryan College and University Centre, it would be Animal Management as I am absolutely obsessed with animals and would love the opportunity to learn how to care for them.
In my spare time, I love creating digital and physical illustration, reading fiction books and trying out new spots in York with my friends. You can normally find me in a coffee shop with an extremely overpriced iced coffee or matcha!
