Overview of enrolment
UCAB enrolment is online, you can complete the process from the comfort of your own home.
Following the call after results day with your Course Manager to confirm your results and your place on one of our degree programmes, you will receive an email inviting you to enrol. Please make sure you check your ‘spam’ box just in case.
During enrolment you will be asked to update, upload and confirm your personal information so before completing the form, you will need to make sure you have the following to hand:
- Details of any qualifications you have achieved
- Proof of identity, such as driving license, birth certificate or passport
- A passport type photograph clearly showing your face
Once enrolled you will receive an email with further details on your first days with us.
Pre-Arrival Check List
Have you arranged your student finance?
If you haven’t already applied, you can use this link to the Government website to apply.
If you are applying for a tuition fee loan you will need to have this in place prior to starting in September.
Have you arranged your accommodation at UCAB?
Once you have booked your accommodation place we will send you a welcome pack – giving you details of when and what time to arrive/ what kind of things to bring / and what you do not need to bring.

- Conference Hall at 9.15am – When you arrive for welcome week please make your way to the conference centre where you will be collected by your Course Manager. If you are using your car, please park in the Student Car Park.
